Community News Emails
I partnered with teams across the organization to develop a consistent member newsletter. Each issue combines club news, member announcements from various departments, seasonal stories, and sales information. Each email is rich with opportunities for member engagement.
Since its creation in the Fall of 2022, the email has consistently achieved strong open rates and high click-through engagement, reflecting the newsletter’s role as a trusted source of timely and relevant updates. Here are a few examples:
New Resident Materials
In 2023, I participated in the Heber Leadership Academy, a nine-month civic engagement program where local leaders meet monthly to learn about Heber City’s various municipalities and public services. As part of the program’s capstone, I led a cross-functional team to create WelcomeToWasatch.com—a comprehensive digital welcome packet for new residents of Wasatch County.
In addition to managing the project, I wrote much of the key content for the “New Move-In Tasks” and “Get Involved” sections of the digital welcome packet. Within the first nine months of launch, the resource received over 6,000 views and is now used as a trusted onboarding tool by the Red Ledges real estate sales team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
In addition to member-facing content, I’ve played a key role behind the scenes by developing internal workflows that help departments streamline communication and increase efficiency. I created several custom request processes that make it easier for team members to access marketing support and materials.
